Your generosity will go towards funding our collegiate student athlete mentor program, clinics, trips, and overall operating expenses as we bring our passion, innovation, and ambition into fruition. Donations to The Five Star Heart Project can be made online through PayPal (donate button below) OR by mailing a check directly to The Five Star Heart Project at the address below. Individuals who elect to make an annual donation of $100 or more have the option to receive a free Black Tultex or Next Level Brand Team Member T-Shirt. The following sizes are available:  Youth: XS, S, M, L, XL Men's:  S, M, L, XL, XXL. This shirt is known for its comfort. This shirt is not a throwaway.
